Tomb of King Huangdi
黄帝陵
Tomb of King Huangdi,whose first name was Ji and nickname was Xuanyuan,was born in Shouqiu (Qufu City in Shandong Province),and buried on the slopes of Mount Bridge in Huangling County, Yan'an City. He was believed the ancestor of Chinese. The tomb is 3. 6 meters high,48 meters in periphery,with a tablet pavilion in front of it,in which stands the tablet with inscription of “The Dragon's Burial Palace on mount Bridge”. At the foot of the mountain stands the Temple of King Huangdi,Xuanyuan by name, in which grows the cypress tree planted by Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty.
黄帝姬姓,名轩辕,出生在寿丘(山东曲阜),埋在延安市黄陵县城桥山。他被认为中国的祖先。坟墓高3.6米,外围长48米,陵前有碑刻有“桥山龙驭”。在山脚下有黄帝庙,以轩辕命名,长着汉武帝种植柏树。
