With modern technology, scientists have made great progress in explaining the principles of acupuncture and moxibustion，the nature of main and collateral channels, and acupuncture anesthesia. It is clear that with future scientific discoveries about main and collateral channels, Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion will make even more contributions to human health.
